Wimbledon final: Sweet redemption for Sinner
In the same vein as her crushing victory last Saturday, Iga Swiatek sailed through the 2025 tournament to secure her sixth Grand Slam title, and undoubtedly her most surprising given her history on grass. “Honestly, I didn’t even dream [of winning this title] because, for me, it was just way too far,” she admitted in her on-court interview. Deprived of titles since Roland-Garros 2024, and having won none on grass before now, the 2018 girls’ champion amazed onlookers with the improvements made to her serve and the way she moved around the court.
