The Roland-Garros draw - what to look for

Tune in live on the official Roland-Garros YouTube channel

Find out at 2 o’clock who will stand between Iga Swiatek and a fifth Roland-Garros title. Which quarter of the women’s draw will the Pole find herself in this year as the No.5 seed?

Where will the most in-form unseeded women fall in the 128-player draw?

Those just outside the 32 seeds this year include Swiss former top 10 star Belinda Bencic, 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu, former Australian Open runner-up Danielle Collins and four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka.

As for the men’s draw, who will lie in wait for defending champion Carlos Alcaraz as he targets a Paris repeat?

Where will 24-time major champ and No.6 seed Novak Djokovic find himself among the 128-strong men’s field?

And look out for unseeded names such as 2015 champion Stan Wawrinka, Italian Matteo Arnaldi, who beat Djokovic in Madrid, and French veteran Gael Monfils.

The seeds will also want to avoid unpredictable Alexander Bublik, big-serving Canadian Gabriel Diallo, Japanese star Kei Nishikori and young Brazilian talent Joao Fonseca early in the tournament.
