A WTA Finals champion that same year, the Lyon native collected 11 singles titles, peaked at world No.2 in doubles, and twice lifted the Roland-Garros women’s doubles trophy (2016, 2022). At 31, she made her decision after careful thought and now looks ahead with excitement to the next chapter.
